One year ago today I was nervously preparing for a certain little one's arrival. But that's tomorrow's post - dedicated to her arrival into our world. Today, I dedicate today's post to this person:
He's my best friend, my soul mate. He's an amazing father to our little girl, and he's an even better husband. This last year has been one crazy and wild ride, but I know I wouldn't want to have taken this ride with anyone else. It's amazing how much things have changed from here....
I think this was probably about three months into us dating, back in September 2008. Look how young and innocent we were. And well rested. It's just been absolutely crazy but I could never have been more blessed.
T, you always make me laugh. You always push me to be a better person. You inspire me every day, and you are my rock, the strength I need in my life. I don't know what I'd do or where I would be without your love.
Sure, we may not be able to have glamorous Valentine's dates like we did back in the day, but honestly, we could do just about anything so long as we are together. And ordering Buca di Beppo takeout tonight? Not too shabby. I wouldn't have it any other way, and I wouldn't want to share it anyone else. So Happy Valentine's Day, my love! I love you more than you'll ever know!
